Seafood marine and shuto Radio CM

《 Ingredients 》
Raw squid 1
Raw or boiled octopus legs 1
Raw or boiled scallops 4
Shrimp 8middle size(100g)
●choped onion 1/4table spooon
●white wine 1/4cup
●water 1/4cup
○Maguro Shuto 3tablespoon
○white or black olive right amount
○olive oil 3tablespoon
○lemon 1tablespoon
○salt, pepper a little
Basil, or Italian parsley as much as you like

How to make

Squid(cut into rings)・octopus(slice)・scallop(half cut)・peel the shrimp

Put●in a short rise pan with a lid. Add ingredients 1 from octopus, squid, scallop. Lid and steam boil and when it starts boiling, sotpthe fire and heat by natural heat.

Pick up the ingredients, and boil up the left and cool it.

Put○in 3, and make a marine sauce.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix, add herbs for accent.
