Directions

1. Okura is rubbed in salt then boiled. Cut into small slices.
2. Run the leek through water after slicing then drain.
3. Mix ① and ② well, add Shiokara, then serve.

Tips and Pointers

Adjust the taste by the amount of Shiokara used. In addition to the original flavour, Shiokara with Yuzu (a type of citrus fruit) mixed is recommended.

This squid Shiokara is made from only the skinned flesh of fresh squid sashimi. The legs and ears are not used and the skin is also removed so there is no fishy smell. The squid has a refined taste.
