Katsuo Shuto Tougarashi
We only use stomach and intestine from one Bonito and these will be salted and aged in a long term fermentation with Odawara’s local Sake “Soga no homare”. Plus, we have blend Kanzuri (Natural ingredients fermented for 3years. Chili pepper, salt, rice molt, yuzu. ) and created our best rich and hot taste Shuto with fresh aroma.
