Shuto cream mushroom steak

《 Ingredients 》
Beef seroin 100g
Salt and pepper a little
a little
Onion(slice) 1
Katsuo shuto 1teaspoon
Butter(non salt) right amount
Oil right amount
Demi Sauce 40g
Uster sauce 20g
Katsuo Shuto 1/2teaspoon
Freash cream 1tablespoon
Butter(non salt) a little
Pepper a little

How to make


Heat butter and oil in the pan, add Katsuo shuto, and fry 15min till it becomes light brown.


Season the meat by salt and pepper.


Cook the steak.


Add 1 for the sauce.


Mix all the sauce ingreadients in the pan 3, and later add butter.


Add 5 on 4.

The meat will be easy to cook in room tempreture.

Katsuo Shuto

We select fresh Bonito from the inshore. We can only get 30 to 40g stomach and intestine from one Bonito(4 to 5kg). And these will be salted and aged in a long term fermentation. For the rich natural Umami component and amino acid, it goes great with Sake, hot rice. Also you can use it as Japanese anchovy and make several delicious dishes.
