Shuto and tororo rice Radio CM

《 Ingredients 》
Yam potatao 250g
Dashi 1/2teaspoon
Ginger paste 1teaspoon
Water 1/4cup
Katsuo Shuto 3tablespoon
Rice 4bowls

How to make

Make dashi soup by putting dashi in water and heat, and cool it.

make a paste of Yam potato by oroshi, add shuto and ginger.

Mix 1 and 2, and put it on rice.

Knack and Point

Adding sesami, Nori, Eggs will make a variation of taste.

Katsuo Shuto Mild

We select fresh Bonito from the inshore. We can only get 30 to 40g stomach and intestine from one Bonito(4 to 5kg). And these will be salted and aged in a long term fermentation. Further more we used Odawara’s local Sake “Soga no homare”. The light salted Shuto is mild and natural.
