Leek (coarsely chopped)5㎝
Maguro (tuna) Shuto1 tbsp
Vegetable oil1 tsp

Directions

1. Mix eggs, chopped leek, and Maguro (tuna) Shuto.
2. Put vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add ① and make an omelette.

Tuna Shuto

Maguro (tuna) Shuto is made by salting and aging rare parts of these fish over a long period of time.
