Pickled Gourd2 slices

Directions

1. Cut the baguette into slightly thick pieces and toast. Slice the avocado thickly. Slice the pickled gourd.
2. On the baguette, apply grain mustard and cream cheese.
3. Garnish with avocado, pickled gourd, olive oil, and black pepper.
