Okura | 2 |
Chopped long leek | 1/3 |
1. | Okura is rubbed in salt then boiled. Slice into small slices. | |

2. | Run the leek through water after slicing them. Drain. | |
3. | Mix (1) and (2) and serve. |
Adjust the taste by the amount of Shiokara. In addition to the original flavor, the Shiokara with Yuzu(a type of citrus fruit) mix is recommended.
