Kamaboko (Kamaboko is a type of cured surimi, a processed seafood product common in Japanese cuisine. There are several kinds of fresh fish meat, or reprocessed pureed white fish, called surimi.)2 slices
Lemon1/8 portion

Directions

1. In a small bowl, place the sliced Kamaboko on top of the Shiso leaf.
2. Top with the Shiokara and a slice of lemon.

Tips and Pointers

This appetiser can be garnished with shredded yuzu (a type of citrus fruit) peel.

Skinned Squid Shiokara
