Shuto Cheese Toast

French bread (sliced diagonally)1
Cheese for pizza10g
Mayonnaise0.5tsp
Katsuo (bonito) Shuto1 tsp
Chopped parsley1 tsp
Black pepper0.5g

Directions

1. Add mayonnaise and cheese on top of French bread.
2. Scatter a small amount of Katsuo (bonito) Shuto with a spoon.
3. Toast for 2~3 minutes then add parsley and black pepper.

Tips and Pointers

Add mayonnaise to pastry and cut a small opening to create thin lines.

Bonito Shuto

Katsuo (bonito) Shuto is made by salting and aging rare parts of these fish over a long period of time.
