Directions

1. Cut the wrapper in half diagonally to be triangular.
2. Slice the avocado into 6 equal parts and cut the cheese into portions equal in size to the avocado.
3. Put one shiso leaf in the wrapper. Add cheese, avocado, 1/6 of Maguro (tuna) Shuto, and sprinkle with a little pepper.
4. Put olive oil in a frying pan and fry in 180゚C.

Maguro (tuna) Shuto

Maguro Shuto is born by salting and aging rare parts of tuna over a long period of time. Taking advantage of this long-term aging process, Shuto (Japanese Anchovy) can be used as a secret ingredient and is actively used in the cooking scene.
