We have developed and commercialised this unprecedented eating gourd through our own unique development. It can be used for a wide range of occasions, such as weddings and New Year's celebrations. Shibazuke is originated from Kyoto. Shibazuke, a bright purple pickle, is made using cucumber, eggplant, purple shiso (aka-jiso), ginger, and myoga that are then pickled in umezu (Japanese plum vinegar). Sennari is a place located in Shin Osaka, Japan.
