Traditional Squid Shiokara
A traditional Shiokara made from fresh squid and well-matured viscera. The freshness, texture, and flavour make it superb. This squid Shiokara is made from only the skinned mantle of fresh squid. The arms and fins are not used and the skin is also removed so there is no fishy smell. An old time favourite, it is one of a kind!
