Wasabi Seaweed Tsukudani
[Using Aosa Nori] Made by mixing wasabi leaves, which only grow in clear streams, with seaweed tsukudani while retaining its spiciness. Unlike similar conventional products that contain only a small amount of wasabi, this product contains plenty of wasabi and has a satisfying crunch. Try it not only with warm rice, but also on ochazuke (rice with green tea), a sake accompaniment, or in lunch boxes.
