Okura is rubbed in salt then boiled. Slice into small slices.

Run the leek through water after slicing them. Drain.

Mix (1) and (2) and serve.
コツ・ポイント
Adjust the taste by the amount of Shiokara. In addition to the original flavor, the Shiokara with Yuzu(a type of citrus fruit) mix is recommended.
