Squid Shiokara 10g
Kamaboko (Kamaboko is a type of cured surimi, a processed seafood product common in Japanese cuisine. There are several kinds of fresh fish meat, or reprocessed pureed white fish, called surimi.) 2 slices
Lemon 1/8 portion

作り方

In a small bowl, place the sliced Kamaboko on top of the Shiso leaf.

Top with the Shiokara and a slice of lemon.

This appetiser can be garnished with shredded yuzu (a type of citrus fruit) peel.

This squid Shiokara is made from only the skinned mantle of fresh squid. The arms and ears fins are not used and the skin is also removed so there is no fishy smell. This Shiokara has a refined taste.
