Octopus Wasabi and Shiitake Mushrooms cooked in Mayonnaise

Tako Wasabi (Octopus Wasabi) 10g
Shiitake Mushrooms 3
Mayonnaise As needed

作り方

Remove the shiitake mushroom tail, place the Octopus Wasabi inside the shiitake mushroom, and squeeze mayonnaise over the top.

Place on aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven for 3 to 4 minutes.

Tako Wasabi(Wasabi flavoured Octopus)

Fresh octopus is flavoured with wasabi in Shiokara. Shiokara is a food in Japanese cuisine made from various marine animals that consists of small pieces of meat in a brown viscous paste of the squid's heavily salted, fermented viscera. The flavour of the wasabi stem and the texture of the octopus go very well together, creating a delicious taste that lingers in the mouth. The lightly salted taste and the absence of wasabi seaweed are a flavourite of people who are not fond of eating strongly salted foods.
